The Fear You Won't Fall

So as my best guy friend would say, I sorta LIKE like someone. Not like like but LIKE like. :D

Okay so I can't truly say I'm in love. It's not that intense. And we aren't even together. But there's SOMETHING there. Something amazing and frightening and huge. And he'd be an IDIOT not to feel something there too. Because we have chemistry. Anyone could tell.

:)))))))))) I'm just a LITTLE over-happy today. You know how it goes. :P

But it is frightening to feel something that strong for a person. It's incredibly scary. Everyone says that love is wonderful. Love is the best thing they ever felt. And it's true. But love is also fearful. Love is suspenseful and adventurous and risk-taking.

A really good friend of mine likes this guy. She really REALLY likes him. But the thing is, she's never really had a good conversation with him. And she's like the FUNNIEST person ever. She's cute and smart and clever. Any guy would be CRAZY not to want her. She's feeling the fright right now. I keep telling her to just talk to him, and show him the fun and real side of her. If she does, I can't see how he could resist her! :)

I've been inspired by the song "The Fear You Won't Fall" by Joshua Radin. It is an absolutely BREATHTAKINGLY simple and awesome all in one three-minute piece. And it has the best take on love that I've heard in a long time.

I hope you like it!!!!

Take risks!

P.S. You know how I mentioned that best guy friend of mine? The funny one? Well.... he's the one. :)))))

The Love Chapter

"If I speak in tongues of mortals and of angels, but do not have love, I am a noisy gong or a clanging cymbal. And if I have prophetic powers, and understand all mysteries and all knowledge, and if I have all faith, so as to remove mountains, but do not have love, I am nothing. If I give away all my possessions, and if I hand over my body so that I may boast, but do not have love, I gain nothing."
